A: autographmemorabilia.co.uk only deals in genuine autographs which have been signed in person by the celebrity/artist.

Q: Can I pay by cash or cheque?  

A: Yes we will accept payments by cheque but the item(s) will not be despatched until the cheque clears. If you are sending cash make sure it is sent by registered post and needs to be signed for by recipient.

Q: How long does it take until I receive my purchase? 

A: If you are purchasing from our stock, we aim to despatch same day if purchased before 12pm or by the following  day. All items are sent on a sign for basis.

Q: What happens if my item is damaged in transit? 

A: All items are insured by autographmemorabilia.co.uk in case of damage and loss, the customer should take a photo of any damaged item/s and send it to autographmemorabilia.co.uk who will then discuss the necessary options available to the customer. Any monies paid by the customer for repair or return of the item will be refunded in full after autographmemorabilia.co.uk receives the invoice(s).
